GB/T 21391-2008 Measurement of natural gas flow by turbine meters
GB/T 21391-2008 Measurement of natural gas flow by turbine meters
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the measurement conditions, requirements, performance, installation, real-flow calibration, and on-site inspection for gas turbine flowmeters (hereinafter referred to as flowmeters) used for natural gas flow measurement. The natural gas components measured by the flowmeters shall be within the ranges specified in GB 17820-1999, GB/T 17747.1-1999, GB/T 17747.2-1999, and GB/T 17747.3-1999. The actual relative density of natural gas shall be 0.55 to 0.80. This standard stipulates that the standard reference conditions for natural gas volume measurement and the combustion standard reference conditions for heat value measurement are both absolute pressure pn equal to 0.101 325 MPa and thermodynamic temperature Tn equal to 293.15 K. Contract pressure and contract temperature may also be used as reference conditions.
