Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of marine blind flange steel flanges (hereinafter referred to as blind flange flanges) according to GB/T 569 and GB/T 2501 for flange connections. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of blind flange flanges with a nominal pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, and media including air, seawater, freshwater, oil, and steam with an operating temperature not exceeding 300°C.
