Scope

This standard specifies the content and statistical methods of operating indicators for electrochemical energy storage power stations, as well as the principles and requirements for evaluating their operating performance.
This specification applies to electrochemical energy storage power stations with a rated power of not less than 500 kW and a rated energy of not less than 500 kW·h. Energy storage power stations of other sizes may refer to and implement it accordingly.
