Scope

This regulation stipulates the terms and definitions, symbols, general principles, basic provisions, objects, methods, and evaluation of urban road inspection techniques. This regulation applies to the inspection of existing urban road pavements, sidewalks, ancillary facilities, and drainage facilities within the jurisdiction of Chongqing City. This regulation does not apply to the inspection of structures such as bridges and culverts, tunnels, support structures, geological disasters, roadbeds, and slopes in urban roads.
