Scope
This standard proposes feasible technologies for preventing and controlling air, wastewater, solid waste, and noise pollution in the paint and ink industry. This standard can be used as a reference for environmental impact assessments of paint and ink industry enterprises or production facility construction projects, for the revision of national pollutant emission standards, for the management of pollution discharge permits, and for the selection of pollution prevention and control technologies. This standard does not apply to production devices for the production and modification of synthetic resins.
