Scope

This document describes the methods for determining chlorohydrin in feed using high-performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
This document is applicable to the determination of chlorohydrin in compound feed, concentrated feed, supplementary feed, premixed feed additives, mixed feed additives, and animal-derived feed raw materials.
The detection limit of the high-performance liquid chromatography method in this document is 0.5 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 1 mg/kg. The detection limit of the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method is 0.05 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.1 mg/kg.
