Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, determination steps, result judgment and expression, and method of result confirmation for the detection of nitrofuran metabolite residues in aquatic products using the colloidal gold immunoassay method. This standard is applicable to the rapid screening detection of furazolidone metabolites 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (AOZ), furacilin metabolite aminouracil (SEM), furandont metabolite 5-morpholinomethyl-3-amino-2-oxazolidinone (AMOZ), and furazolidone metabolite 1-amino-acetohydrazide (AHD) in edible tissues of fish, soft-shelled turtles, turtles, and shelled shrimp and crabs. The detection limits of furazolidone metabolites, furacilin metabolites, furandont metabolites, and furazolidone metabolites are all 1.0 μg/kg using this method.
