Scope

This document specifies the requirements for nominal power, structure and mechanics, electrical safety, metrological performance, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility, and corresponding test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage of DC standard energy meters. This document is applicable to newly manufactured DC standard energy meters with a DC voltage limit of 1500V.
