Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, safety measures, test methods, and result analysis for conducting tests on AC power equipment without disassembling their high-voltage leads. This document applies to the testing of AC power equipment such as 110kV (66kV) and above power transformers, disconnecting switches, circuit breakers, oil-immersed current transformers, coupling capacitors, voltage transformers, parallel reactors, metal oxide surge arresters, and parallel capacitors without disassembling their high-voltage leads. Equipment below 110kV can be used as a reference for this testing process.
