This document describes the method of determining the moisture content in the cathode materials of lithium-ion batteries using the Karl Fischer coulometric method.
This document is suitable for determining the moisture content in cathode materials such as lithium cobalt oxide (LCO), nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide (NCM), nickel-cobalt-aluminum oxide (NCA), lithium manganese oxide (LMO), lithium iron phosphate (LFP), and lithium manganese iron phosphate (LMFP), with a measurement range of 0.0005% to 0.500%.
