Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements and norms for bus passenger stations (hereinafter referred to as "passenger stations"), as well as requirements in terms of passenger services, vehicle services, luggage services, information services, tourism services, etc. This standard applies to the service management of first- and second-level bus passenger stations in Jiangsu Province. Bus passenger stations of the third level and below should refer to this standard for implementation.
