GB/T 3780.22-2016 Carbon black—Part 22:Calculation of process indexes from an analysis of process control data

Scope

This part of GB/T 3780 specifies the methods for analyzing test data in the production process control of carbon black using statistical techniques and calculating two capability indices (Cp and Pp) with process control data, and provides a reporting format for calculating process capability and process performance from production control chart data. This part is applicable to granulated carbon black samples in the production process before entering the product storage tanks, and to the iodine absorption value and oil absorption value test items in GB 3778. It is not applicable to samples transported in tank trucks or other containers or already packaged for transportation. Its methods can also be used for testing other items of carbon black products.
