Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education and training, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, commitment and self-evaluation, application conditions, evaluation results, cultivation and promotion, and evaluation organizations for demonstration units of integrity measurement in wholesale markets (hereinafter referred to as "markets"). This standard applies to markets that have legal business qualifications and meet the following requirements: a) Establish, implement, maintain, and improve an integrity measurement system; b) Comply with the declared measurement policies and integrity measurement objectives; c) Demonstrate compliance with integrity measurement behavior norms through the following methods, including: - Conduct self-evaluations and make commitments; - Seek external evaluations of their integrity measurement and obtain recognition.
