Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for determining six phthalate ester (PAEs) compounds, including dibutyl phthalate (DBP), butyl phthalate (BBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dodecyl phthalate (DNOP), di-isononyl phthalate (DINP), and di-isodecyl phthalate (DIDP), in aquaculture water. This standard is applicable to the determination of the six phthalate esters in aquaculture water.
