Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of battery-grade lithium fluoride, as well as the content of quality certificates and contracts (or purchase orders).
This standard applies to battery-grade lithium fluoride produced from raw materials such as lithium hydroxide monohydrate and lithium carbonate. The product is mainly used in the production of battery-grade hexafluorophosphoric acid lithium.
