Scope

This standard applies to the co-processing of solid waste such as hazardous waste, municipal solid waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc.), sludge from urban and industrial wastewater treatment, waste from animal and plant processing, contaminated soil, and waste from emergency events in cement kilns. Cement products produced by using general industrial solid waste such as fly ash, steel slag, sulfuric acid slag, blast furnace slag, and coal gangue as alternative raw materials (including mixed materials) and fuels shall comply with the provisions of Section 7.2 of this standard.
