Scope
This document stipulates the workflow, accounting boundaries, determination of emission sources, accounting steps and methods, and data quality management for greenhouse gas emissions accounting of power grid enterprises' operational activities. This document is applicable to greenhouse gas emissions accounting of power grid enterprises' operational activities. For power grid enterprises that produce other products or engage in other businesses and have greenhouse gas emissions, they shall conduct accounting in accordance with the requirements for greenhouse gas emissions accounting of enterprises in relevant industries; for other enterprises engaged in power grid operation, their greenhouse gas emissions accounting shall follow the provisions of this document.
