Scope

This document specifies the basic structure, usage conditions, basic functions, technical requirements for complete sets of devices and main components, and testing requirements of the neutral point hybrid compensation grounding devices. This document is applicable to the grounding devices for passive and active hybrid compensation of the neutral point in systems with voltages of 66 kV and below. Independent active compensation devices shall be implemented in accordance with this document. For voltages of 20 kV and above, there are no standard values for residual voltage, residual current at the fault point, or the rated output voltage and rated capacity of active compensators. These can be implemented as a reference.
