Scope

This regulation stipulates the technical measures for the establishment of orchards, intercropping, shaping and pruning, flower and fruit management, soil, fertilizer and water management, timely harvesting and post-harvest processing, as well as disease and pest control for high-quality walnuts (Juglans regia L). This regulation is applicable to the standardized establishment of walnut orchards in Shandong region and high-yield cultivation management. Other walnut production areas in northern China can refer to and implement it accordingly.
