Scope
This standard is a qualitative and semi-quantitative method, suitable for on-site emergency monitoring of inorganic harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen cyanide, hydrogen fluoride, nitrous oxide, and ammonia in ambient air, as well as preliminary investigations such as screening and surveys. Other inorganic gases can also be measured using this method if they have been verified.
