Scope

This part of GB/T 25361 specifies the basic dimensional characteristics of piston pins for reciprocating internal combustion engines with an outer diameter of 8 mm to 100 mm. In addition, this part also stipulates the terms and definitions of piston pins, their classification, material specifications based on mechanical performance, general characteristics, and quality requirements. This part can also be applied to piston pins for compressors operating under similar conditions.
For piston pins used for other purposes outside road vehicles, as long as the manufacturer and the customer jointly agree, this part of GB/T 25361 can also be used after making appropriate modifications.
