Scope
This regulation stipulates the planning, design, construction, on-site inspection and construction records of agricultural wells, drilling processes, the installation of filter pipes and well protection pipes, gravel packing and external pipe sealing, well washing and test pumping, well equipment, well completion and acceptance, well management, and well decommissioning. This regulation applies to agricultural wells with a borehole diameter of ≤300mm.
