This document specifies the general requirements for the layout and positioning of the cockpit instrument panel, sunshades, and the instruments, displays, indicator lights, warning lights, and other display devices on them, as well as the display-related control devices. This document applies to the display layout of left-right parallel fixed-wing aircraft cockpits. The display layout of other types of aircraft can be used for reference.
