Scope
This part of GB/T 37664 specifies the steps and precautions to be followed when conducting repeatable measurements of the quantum efficiency of luminescent nanomaterials.
The luminescent nanomaterials applicable to this part include quantum dots, nanofluorescent powders, nanoparticles, nanofibers, nanocrystals, nanosheets, and structures containing these materials. Luminescent nanomaterials can be dispersed in a liquid phase (e.g., colloidal quantum dots) or a solid phase (e.g., nanofibers containing luminescent nanoparticles). This part specifies both the relative measurement methods for the quantum efficiency of liquid luminescent nanomaterials and the absolute measurement methods for the quantum efficiency of solid and liquid nanomaterials.
