Scope

1.1 General Principles
This standard specifies the requirements for a quality management system for organizations with the following needs:
a) Need to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations;
b) Through the effective application of the system, including the effective application of the process of continuous improvement of the system, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations, aim to enhance customer satisfaction.〖ZK)〗
Note 1: In this standard, the term "product" only applies to:
a) Products intended to be provided to customers or required by customers;
b) Any expected output generated during the product realization process.
