Scope

This document describes the ion chromatography and Reisser's salt spectrophotometry methods for determining choline chloride in additive premix feed.
This document is applicable to the determination of choline chloride in vitamin premix feed and compound premix feed.
The detection limit of the ion chromatography method in this document is 20 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 50 mg/kg; the quantification limit of the Reisser's salt spectrophotometry method is 5000 mg/kg.
