Scope
本文件为产品委员会规定了两种限值之间的转换方法，即将“确定的试验方法”中的“确定的限值”转换成“替换试验方法”中的“导出限值”。本方法通常适用于所有类型的骚扰测量，但更侧重于辐射骚扰测量（即场强和总辐射功率），因为目前已规定了一些场强测量的替换试验方法。产品委员会和负责制定发射限值的其他组织决定在产品标准中使用替换试验方法和相应限值时，能运用本方法实现限值的转换。
