GB/T 11446.5-2013 Test method for measuring trace metals in electronic grade water by atomic absorption spectrophotometry
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 11446 specifies the test method for determining trace metals such as copper, zinc, nickel, iron, lead, sodium, and potassium in electronic-grade water using a flameless (or flame) atomic absorption spectrometer. Other instruments with comparable sensitivity, such as inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometers (or inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometers), can also be used for measurement.
The flameless atomic absorption spectrometer is suitable for determining trace metals in EW-Ⅰ to EW-Ⅲ grade electronic-grade water. The detection limit (mass fraction) of the method should be less than 1×10-9.
The flame atomic absorption spectrometry is suitable for determining trace metals in EW-Ⅳ grade electronic-grade water.
