Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, and test methods, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of solvent-based automotive anti-corrosion waxes. This standard applies to solvent-based automotive anti-corrosion waxes made from petroleum wax as the base material, rust inhibitors, film-forming materials, and hydrocarbon-based solvents with a distillation range of 150°C to 250°C.
