Scope
This standard specifies a method for determining the anti-creep wear lubrication performance of grease under high-frequency, low-stroke, high-hertz contact pressure and linear vibration conditions using a high-frequency linear vibration (SRV) testing machine or similar testing machines. This standard is applicable to determining the anti-wear performance and friction coefficient of grease under specified temperature and load conditions. If an additional non-mandatory extreme pressure test is conducted according to SH/T 0784, the grease used in the test should be able to withstand a Hertz contact pressure of at least 2200 MPa without adhesive wear.
