Scope
This section applies to the insulation and painting construction of the conventional island and auxiliary facilities of nuclear power plants with a single unit capacity of 600MW or more that are newly built, expanded, or renovated. Nuclear power plants with a capacity of less than 600MW may refer to this section for implementation. This section does not apply to the insulation construction of ventilation and air conditioning equipment and pipelines, as well as the anti-corrosion construction of civil engineering metal structures and directly buried pipelines.
