Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the production environment, production management techniques, pest and disease control, harvesting, fermentation management, and mushroom residue disposal for the production of green food, Hericium erinaceus. This standard applies to the cultivation of Hericium erinaceus in Yuanqu County using mature substrate bags; Main technical content: 5. Production management techniques 5.1 Cultivation season: Prepare cultivation seeds in December. 5.2 Preparation of substrate 5.2.1 Selection of raw materials: Raw materials shall comply with the requirements of NY/T 2375. 5.2.2 Formulation: 97% sawdust, 2% bran, 1% gypsum. 5.2.3 Preparation of substrate: Add water to various raw materials and mix them thoroughly. After mixing, stack them for a certain period of time to achieve a moisture content of 63% to 65%. When squeezing the substrate with your hand, it should not drip but only seep out of the fingers. 5.3 Bagging and sterilization 5.3.1 Material and specifications of cultivation bags: For atmospheric pressure sterilization, polyethylene cultivation bags are used; for high-pressure sterilization, polypropylene cultivation bags are used. Bag size: 170mmX330mmX0.4mm. 5.3.2 Bagging: Prepare the substrate in time and use a bagging machine to fill the bags with a moderate amount of substrate. When squeezing the bag, it should have elasticity and no leaking from the fingers. 5.3.3 Sterilization: Sterilize the bags immediately after bagging. For atmospheric pressure sterilization: 100℃ for 12 to 15 hours. 5.4 Inoculation 5.4.1 Disinfection of the inoculation room (box): Spray disinfectant (75% alcohol) on the inoculation room (box) before inoculation. Move the sterilized cultivation bags to the inoculation room (box) for inoculation after the sterilization has cooled to below 25℃. 5.4.2 Requirements for mycelium: No pollution, strong vitality, and no damage to the mycelium container. 5.4.3 Inoculation requirements: Maintain aseptic operation thro
