Scope

This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in underground mining and mineral processing enterprises that mainly produce nickel concentrates, as well as the energy consumption requirements for new projects. This standard does not apply to nickel concentrate production enterprises engaged in open-pit mining.
