Scope

This document specifies the grades, order content, dimensions, shapes, weights, and allowable deviations of reduced-coating fire-resistant and weather-resistant hot-rolled steel plates and strips, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This document applies to hot-rolled wide strips, continuously rolled steel plates, and slit steel strips with a thickness of no more than 25.4mm and a width of no less than 600mm, which are typically used in the manufacture of buildings, bridges, fire doors, scaffolding, etc. that require high atmospheric corrosion resistance and fire resistance. This document is applicable to reduced-coating applications under corrosion resistance conditions of C1 to C4 and fire resistance requirements.
