Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for fuel cell electric vehicles, vehicle operation, vehicle transfer, vehicle parking and storage, vehicle fueling, vehicle maintenance, emergency measures, and vehicle manual requirements, etc.
This document applies to fuel cell electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") that use compressed gaseous hydrogen as fuel and whose nominal working pressure of the on-board hydrogen system does not exceed 70 MPa.
