Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining aspartame in food. This standard is applicable to the determination of aspartame in carbonated beverages, milk beverages, concentrated juices, and solid beverages. When the sample weighs 5g, the volume of the sample is 25 mL, and the injection volume is 20 μL, the detection limit of the method is 0.002 g/kg, the quantification limit is 0.006 g/kg, and the linear range of the method is 25 μg/mL to 500 μg/mL.
