DB35/ 529-2004 The total amount of pollutant emissions control standards for the watershed of Jinjiang and Luoyangjiang River

Scope

This standard stipulates the total emission control limits for nine major water pollutants in the sections of the Jinjiang and Luoyang River basins and Quanzhou City's counties (cities and districts) that draw water from the Jinjiang and Luoyang Rivers, as well as the environmental quality standards implemented in various sections of the Jinjiang and Luoyang River basins and the locations of the boundary cross-sections. This standard applies to the water environment management of the Jinjiang and Luoyang River basins (including the emission management of existing units that discharge water pollutants, the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the establishment of a pollution discharge permit system, the design of environmental protection facilities for construction projects, and the completion acceptance and emission management after their commissioning).
