Scope
This standard specifies the digital PCR quantitative detection method for genetically modified plant strains.
This standard is applicable to the digital PCR quantitative detection of genetically modified corn strains MON810, MON89034, and MIR162, genetically modified soybean strain GTS-40-3-2, genetically modified rice strain Kemingdao, genetically modified cotton strain GHB119, and genetically modified rapeseed strain RT73 in seeds and physically processed seed samples.
The quantitative detection limit of this method is 0.1% (by mass fraction).
