Scope

This document applies to the design and fire safety management of new, renovated, and expanded electric bicycle parking and charging facilities within Hainan Province. Existing electric bicycle parking and charging facilities shall refer to this document for implementation. Electric motorcycles and electric mopeds parking and charging facilities shall also refer to this document for implementation.
