Scope

本文件描述了饲料中总砷测定的银盐法、氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法。本文件适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、精料补充料、添加剂预混合饲料、饲料原料和饲料添加剂中总砷的测定。当取样量为5 g、定容体积为50 mL时，银盐法的检出限为0.25 mg/kg，定量限为0.50 mg/kg；当取样量为5 g、定容体积为50 mL、稀释倍数为20时，氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法的检出限为0.02 mg/kg，定量限为0.05 mg/kg。
