Scope

In order to standardize the application of rock wool board external wall insulation systems in construction projects, improve the thermal insulation performance of building envelopes, reduce the energy consumption of buildings, and meet the fire safety requirements of external wall insulation projects, ensuring safety, advanced technology, economic rationality, and quality assurance, this specification is formulated. The rock wool board external wall insulation systems referred to in this specification include decorative-coated rock wool board external wall insulation systems and curtain wall-decorated rock wool board external wall insulation systems. It is applicable to the design, construction, and quality acceptance of civil building projects in Anhui Province that adopt rock wool board external wall insulation systems for new construction, expansion, renovation, and energy-saving transformation of existing buildings. Industrial buildings can refer to this specification for implementation when adopting rock wool board external wall insulation systems.
