DB35/T 2204-2024 Seawater determination of sulfide by flow injection analysis

Scope

This document specifies an analytical method for determining sulfides in seawater using the flow injection method, and clarifies the method principle, interfering substances, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample collection and preservation, analysis steps, result calculation, result presentation, quality control, and waste disposal. This document is applicable to the determination of sulfides in water bodies in near-shore, offshore, and estuary areas. When the detection optical path is 10 mm, the detection limit of this method is 0.002 mg/L (calculated as S2), and the determination limit is 0.008 mg/L (calculated as S2).
