Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for sustainable competitive advantages, leadership, planning, support, implementation and operation, evaluation, and improvement in the management system of the integration of informatization and industrialization (hereinafter referred to as the integration of the two).
This standard is applicable to (all kinds of) organizations with the following needs:
a) To build new capabilities in an informatized environment through the effective application and continuous improvement of the management system of the integration of the two;
b) To evaluate their management system of the integration of the two internally or externally (including evaluation institutions) to demonstrate their ability to gain sustainable competitive advantages in an informatized environment.
