This document describes the measurement method for the emission of carbon soot particles from aero-engines, and specifies the measurement objects, measurement system layout, measurement conditions, reagents and materials, instrumentation and equipment, measurement procedures, measurement data processing, quality assurance and control, as well as the content of the measurement report for the emission of carbon soot particles from aero-engines.
This document is applicable to the measurement of carbon soot particle emissions from aero-engines (hereinafter referred to as "engines").
