Scope

This standard stipulates the requirements for information disclosure, policy interpretation, response to concerns, and public participation in the proactive disclosure of government information. This standard applies to all administrative organs of Sichuan Province (including administrative organs at all levels, the dispatched agencies established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own name in accordance with laws and regulations, internal agencies, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions). Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
