GB/T 19114.1-2025 Industrial automation systems and integration—Industrial manufacturing management data—Part 1:General overview
Basic Information
Scope
GB/T 19114 specifies the characteristics of manufacturing management information expression throughout the entire industrial process. It provides the necessary mechanisms and definitions to enable the sharing and exchange of manufacturing management data within a factory or between different factories or enterprises.
GB/T 19114 applies to discrete manufacturing, but is not limited to it. It also applies to any other industrial processes that do not contradict the basic principles of this series of standards.
The following content falls within the scope of GB/T 19114:
—— Expression of information required for production and resource management;
—— Exchange and sharing of production and resource information, including storage, transmission, access, and archiving.
Example 1: Resource and system capabilities, production capacity, monitoring, maintenance, constraints, and control information.
Note: From the perspective of process control, the maintenance of constraints and related management data is considered.
The following content does not fall within the scope of GB/T 19114:
—— Architecture and methodologies required for modeling the entire enterprise and related facilities;
—— Expression and exchange of product information;
—— Expression and exchange of computer-recognizable parts library information;
—— Expression of cutting tool data exchange;
—— Technical maintenance information.
Example 2: Technical information included in equipment repair, operation, and maintenance manuals.
This document provides an overview and main application principles of GB/T 19114, and specifies the characteristics of other parts of GB/T 19114 and the relationships between them.
The scope of this document is as follows:
—— Overview of standards and main application principles;
