Scope
This document specifies the coding of traceability codes, the presentation of traceability code carriers, and quality requirements for the quality and safety of centralized disinfection of tableware and drinking utensils. This document is applicable to the traceability of the quality and safety of disinfected tableware and drinking utensils provided by catering service providers and centralized disinfection service units, as well as to the traceability of the quality and safety of other disinfected food containers and food production and operation tools and equipment. The traceability of the quality and safety of tableware and drinking utensils used directly without centralized disinfection may be implemented with reference to this document.
