Scope

Main Technical Content: 1. Site Selection for Production: The production site should be located in areas with high elevation, dry and flat terrain, a soil pH of 6.5–7.8, a cultivation layer thickness of at least 30 cm, loose and fertile soil, and smooth irrigation and drainage. Water and electricity supplies and convenient transportation are also required. The production environment for morels must meet the requirements of NY/T 391, and the production water must comply with GB 5749. 2. Cultivation Season: Based on the growth and development characteristics of morels, the seed production period is generally from mid-September to mid-September, and the land preparation period is in early October. The indoor temperature should be below 20°C for sowing. The cultivation facility is a daylight greenhouse. The sowing and mulching in the greenhouse typically occur in mid-to-late October, and the mushroom harvest period is from mid-January to March. 3. Cultivation Technology: The production process is shown in Figure 1. The main raw materials include wheat grains, sawdust, and rice husks; auxiliary materials include humus soil, gypsum powder, calcium phosphate, and quicklime. All raw materials must meet the requirements of NY 5099. 4. Seed Selection: High-yield, high-quality, resilient, and marketable morel varieties should be selected from qualified seed suppliers or self-bred varieties adapted to local conditions, with clear traceability of the seed source. This should be carried out in accordance with NY/T 528. The mycelium of the morel seeds should be robust and dense, free from aging or degradation, and free from contamination by foreign microorganisms. The sclerotia should be light yellow to yellow-brown in color. 5. Land Preparation: 6.4.1 Land Leveling: Sprinkle lime powder evenly on the surface of the land, applying 50 kg of lime per 666.7 m2.
