Scope

This part of DB53/T 447 stipulates the basic principles of embryo transfer, the synchronous estrus treatment of donor and recipient cattle, the superovulation and insemination of donor cattle, embryo retrieval, embryo quality evaluation, embryo cryopreservation and thawing, embryo transfer, and pregnancy diagnosis of recipient cattle.
