Scope

This standard specifies the test method for measuring the electrostatic field generated during the operation of light conveyor belts as specified in ISO 211831. Because the resistance measured according to ISO 21178 cannot adequately describe the anti-static performance of light conveyor belts in many cases, this dynamic procedure is necessary.
